Palbociclib Capsules 125mg

Palbociclib is an oral anticancer medication that belongs to a class of drugs called cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4/6 inhibitors. It is used in the treatment of certain types of breast cancer, particularly hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2−) advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

Uses of Palbociclib 125mg:

1. Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer:
   • Hormone Receptor-Positive, HER2-Negative Breast Cancer:
     • Used in combination with an aromatase inhibitor (e.g., letrozole) as the first-line treatment in postmenopausal women.
     • Used with fulvestrant in patients who have experienced disease progression after hormonal therapy.
