Nebido 1000mg/4ml Solution for Injection contains testosterone undecanoate, a long-acting form of testosterone. It is primarily used to treat adult males with low or no natural testosterone production (a condition known as hypogonadism).

Uses of Nebido:

1. Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT):

   • Treats male hypogonadism caused by primary (testicular) or secondary (pituitary or hypothalamic) deficiencies. Symptoms may include:
     • Fatigue
     • Low libido
     • Erectile dysfunction
     • Loss of muscle mass
     • Decreased bone density (osteoporosis)
     • Depressive moods

2. Delayed Puberty (Off-Label):

   • In specific cases, Nebido may be used to initiate or support puberty in adolescent males with delayed puberty due to testosterone deficiency.
