Betoptic 0.5% 5ml eye drop

Betoptic Eye Drops contain Betaxolol, a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker. It is used to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension, reducing the risk of optic nerve damage and vision loss.

Active Ingredient:

• Betaxolol Hydrochloride (0.5%) equivalent to 5 mg/ml of Betaxolol.

Uses:

1. Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma:
   • Helps control high intraocular pressure.
2. Ocular Hypertension:
   • Lowers IOP to prevent the development of glaucoma.
