How to Apply:
Shake the bottle vigorously before use (Avamys is a thick suspension that becomes liquid when shaken).
Gently blow your nose to clear your nostrils and remove the cap.
Hold the spray upright, tilt your head slightly forward, and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
Point the tip slightly outward, away from the center ridge of your nose.
Press the side lever firmly all the way in to release 1 spray while sniffing gently.
Repeat for the second spray, then repeat in the other nostril. Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue after use.
Avamys Nasal Spray is generally very well-tolerated with minimal systemic absorption. Minor side effects can include:
