2.Tilt your head sideways or lie flat on your side:Positioning.
Tilt your head completely sideways or lie down flat on a bed with the infected ear facing upward toward the ceiling. Gently pull your outer earlobe upward and backward to physically straighten out your ear canal pathway.
3.Squeeze the drops inside and stay down for 5 minutes:Instillation.
Squeeze the prescribed number of drops into the ear canal. Keep the dropper tip out of the ear opening. Stay lying down completely flat for 5 minutes to ensure the liquid antibiotic trickles all the way down to coat your eardrum without running back out.
