3.Close your eye and press the inner corner:The Tear Duct Press.

As your eyes adapt to the fluid-balancing medication, you may notice a few temporary side effects:
Eye Redness (Ocular Hyperemia): Very common early on as blood vessels in the white of the eye temporarily widen.
Burning, stinging, itching, dry eyes, or a feeling like there is a speck of sand trapped in your eye.
Temporary blurred vision immediately after squeezing the drop into your eye.
Note: If you develop sudden, severe eye pain, a deep headache, sudden vision loss, shortness of breath, a very slow pulse, or swelling and pus around your eyelids, stop using the drops and contact your eye specialist immediately.
What should I do if I accidentally forget my daily drop?
If you miss a dose, apply the drop as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the forgotten drop entirely and return to your regular schedule. Never double-dose (squeezing two drops) to make up for a missed day.
Why do I need to throw the bottle away 4 weeks after opening?
Even if there is still liquid left inside the bottle, you must discard DuoTrav exactly 4 weeks (28 days) after you first snap open the seal.
