Clean: Gently wash the cut or graze with clean water or an antiseptic wash.
Dry: Pat the skin surrounding the wound completely dry with a clean towel or gauze (adhesive will not stick to wet skin).
Peel: Open the plaster wrapper and peel off the protective backing strips without touching the sterile central wound pad.
Apply: Place the absorbent pad directly over the wound and press down the adhesive borders firmly to seal out water and dirt.

How do I remove the plaster comfortably without pulling skin?
Because the adhesive is extra-strong, peel the plaster back slowly in the direction of hair growth while keeping it close to the skin. Applying a little warm water or baby oil to the edges can help loosen the adhesive if needed.
