How to Apply:
Blow your nose gently to clear your nostrils.
Shake the bottle gently and remove the dust cap.

Tilt your head slightly forward, insert the nozzle into one nostril, pointing slightly outward away from the center wall of your nose.
Press down to release 1 spray while breathing in gently through your nose.
Repeat for the second spray, then move to the other nostril. Wipe the nozzle clean after use.
