Strict Low-Salt (Sodium) Diets: Because each single sachet contains 1680mg of sodium bicarbonate, this medicine introduces a very high amount of sodium into your body. Do not take this medicine without speaking to your cardiologist if you have high blood pressure, heart failure, or kidney disease.
Taking Nelfinavir or Atazanavir: Avoid using Getzome Insta if you are taking antiviral medicines for HIV, as it will stop them from absorbing correctly.
Mineral Imbalances: Use with extra caution if you have low blood potassium levels (hypokalemia) or respiratory conditions affecting your acid-base balance.
The 1-Hour Empty Stomach Law: You must take Getzome Insta on a completely empty stomach, at least 1 hour before a meal (usually your first morning breakfast). Taking it with or right after food makes the immediate-release formula much less effective.
Mix with Plain Water Only: Never mix this powder with fruit juices, milk, soda, or starch-based food thickeners.
The Sachet Equivalence Rule: Because every sachet contains the exact same 1680mg of sodium bicarbonate, never take two 20mg sachets to make up a 40mg dose. Doing so delivers a dangerous double dose of sodium bicarbonate. If you need a 40mg dose, use the specific 40mg sachet instead.
