Roll the vial or pen gently between your palms 10 times, then turn it upside down and back up 10 times until the liquid looks uniformly milky-white. Never shake it violently, as this creates tiny air bubbles that ruin your dose measurement.
This medication must be injected strictly into the fatty layer of skin just under the skin. The best spots are your abdomen (stomach), the top of your thighs, or the back of your upper arms. 4.Pinch the skin and push the needle straight in:The Shot.
Gently pinch up a fold of skin. Push the needle straight into the skin at a 90-degree angle. Press the plunger down steadily until empty, wait 5 seconds, and pull the needle straight out. Safely discard the needle in a puncture-proof container.

Can I mix different Humulin types together in one syringe?
