Age Limits: These 300mcg tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 10 years and older. For children aged 4 to 10 years, use lower-strength formulations (such as Kwells Kids) only.
Elderly Caution: Elderly individuals are more sensitive to anticholinergic side effects (confusion, memory loss, dry mouth, urinary retention).
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Do NOT use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without explicit consultation with your doctor.
Prevention: Take 1 tablet 20 to 30 minutes before starting your journey.
Treatment: Take 1 tablet at the onset of motion sickness symptoms.
Repeat Dosing: If needed, take 1 tablet every 6 hours.
🚨 Do Not Exceed: Do NOT take more than 3 tablets in a 24-hour period.
Tablets can be sucked, chewed, or swallowed whole with a glass of water. They do not require water to melt in the mouth.
Due to its anticholinergic properties, common side effects include:
Drowsiness, fatigue, or dizziness.
Dry mouth, thirst, or dry throat.
Blurred vision or dilated pupils.
Reduced sweating or mild flushing.
Difficulty or delay in urinating.
How quickly does Kwells work?
Kwells starts working rapidly, usually within 20 to 30 minutes after taking the tablet. This makes it effective both for preventing sickness before travel and treating it after symptoms start.
Can I take Kwells with other antihistamines or travel sickness pills?
No. Combining Kwells with sedating antihistamines (like diphenhydramine or promethazine) or other anticholinergic drugs significantly increases the risk of severe drowsiness, confusion, dry mouth, and urinary retention.
How should I store this pack?
