🚨 Contact Lens Warning: Remove all contact lenses before using this eye wash. Wait at least 15 minutes after washing your eyes before reinserting your contact lenses.
🚨 Hygiene Caution: Always clean the eye bath thoroughly with fresh eye wash or boiling water (let it cool completely!) before and after every use. Do not share your eye bath with anyone else to prevent spreading eye infections.
Rinse the Eye Bath: Flush the eye bath with a little Optrex eye wash before filling.
Fill the Eye Bath: Fill the cup until it is about one-third full with the eye wash.
Apply to Eye: Tilt your head slightly forward. Place the cup over your eye, pressing it gently against the surrounding bone to prevent leaks.
Wash the Eye: Slowly tilt your head back with your eye open so the liquid covers it. Gently blink your eye for 30 seconds to wash it thoroughly.
Repeat: Throw away the used liquid in the cup, rinse the eye bath, and repeat for your other eye using fresh liquid.
