Age Limits: Safe for adults and children aged 2 years and older. Do not use on children under 2 years of age without consulting a pediatrician.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult a healthcare provider before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If Pain Persists: Stop using the gel and see a doctor if your pain worsens, lasts for more than 7 days, or clears up and happens again within a few days.
Dose: Apply a thin layer over the painful or sore muscle/joint area.
