Clean & Dry: Wash your nose with soap and water to remove oil and dirt, then dry completely. (Adhesive will not stick well to oily skin).
Position: Peel off the protective liner. Place the adhesive side of the strip directly across the bridge of your nose, just above your nostrils.
Press: Press and rub the strip gently to secure it firmly in place.
Wet to Remove: Wash your face with warm water or take a warm shower to loosen the adhesive before peeling.
Peel Gently: Lift both ends of the strip gently and peel it off from both sides toward the center. Do not tear or pull the strip off forcefully.
Breathe Right strips are drug-free and very safe, but minor physical side effects can include:
Mild skin redness or sticky adhesive residue on the nose after removal.
Temporary skin irritation if pulled off dry or forcefully.
