Lemsip Cold & Flu combines an analgesic/antipyretic with a decongestant in a soothing hot drink:

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (10mg): Acts as a sympathomimetic decongestant that constricts swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, clearing blocked sinuses and easing nasal congestion.

Do NOT take with any other paracetamol-containing products (such as pain relievers, cold remedies, or prescription medicines).
Overdosing on paracetamol can cause severe, irreversible liver damage.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Do NOT use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without explicit consultation with your physician.
Pour the contents of 1 sachet into a mug.
Fill with hot (not boiling) water and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.
Sweeten with sugar or honey to taste if preferred, and sip warm.
Adults and Adolescents (16 Years and Older): Take 1 sachet every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
🚨 Do Not Exceed: Do NOT take more than 4 sachets in a 24-hour period.
Allow at least 4 hours between doses.
Lemsip Cold & Flu is generally well-tolerated, but minor side effects related to phenylephrine or paracetamol can occasionally include:
Mild increases in blood pressure, heart rate, or palpitations.
Temporary restlessness, difficulty sleeping, or nervousness.
Mild nausea or stomach upset.
Can I take Lemsip at night before bed?
Phenylephrine is a mild decongestant stimulant that can cause restlessness or trouble sleeping in sensitive individuals. If you need cold relief at night, a decongestant-free or nighttime cold formulation may be more suitable.
How many days can I use Lemsip Cold & Flu?
