🚨 Heart Rate Caution: Nebivolol slows down your heart rate. If you feel unusually dizzy, lightheaded, abnormally fatigued, or if your pulse drops below 50–60 beats per minute, contact your doctor.

Swallow Whole: Swallow the tablet with a glass of water. You can take it with or without food.
Be Consistent: Take it regularly to keep your blood pressure controlled, even when you feel completely healthy (high blood pressure often has no symptoms).
If you forget to take your tablet, take it as soon as you remember that day. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed tablet and stay on your normal routine. Never take two tablets at once to make up for a missed dose.

Mild headache or tiredness.
Coldness or numbness in hands or feet.
Mild nausea, constipation, or shortness of breath during exertion.
Very slow or irregular heartbeat (bradycardia).
Worsening shortness of breath, swollen ankles/legs, or sudden weight gain (signs of heart failure worsening).
Severe dizziness, fainting, or chest tightness.

Store in a cool, dry place.
