Never Use Internally: Do not apply this cream inside the vagina, cervical canal, urethral opening, or deep inside the rectum. It is strictly for external anogenital skin.
Avoid Eyes and Mouth: Keep completely away from your eyes, nose, and mouth. If accidental contact with eyes occurs, flush immediately with large amounts of water and seek clinical advice.
Avoid Sexual Contact During Application: Refrain from sexual activity while the cream is applied to prevent washing off the drug, irritating delicate tissues, or exposing your partner to the chemical.
Follow the 3-Days-On, 4-Days-Off Cycle: Standard self-application routines involve applying the cream twice daily (every 12 hours) for 3 consecutive days, followed by 4 complete days of NO treatment.
Repeat Limit: This weekly 7-day cycle may be repeated if residual warts remain, up to a maximum of 4 total treatment cycles. If the warts persist after 4 weeks, consult your healthcare provider for alternative therapies.
Targeted Application: Clean and dry the area first. You can apply a thin barrier of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) around the healthy skin surrounding the wart to protect it. Apply just enough cream to cover each wart, and let it dry completely. Wash your hands thoroughly right after application.
1.Apply twice daily for 3 consecutive days:Days 1 to 3.
Apply a tiny amount directly onto visible external warts every 12 hours (morning and evening). Wash hands thoroughly afterward.
2.Rest the skin completely for 4 days:Days 4 to 7.
Do not apply any cream for 4 consecutive days. This allows the targeted wart tissue to wither and the underlying skin to heal.
3.Repeat cycle if needed (Up to 4 weeks max):Re-evaluate.

Burning, stinging, or mild tenderness at the application site.
Localized redness, itching, peeling, or small scab formation.

Is Podophyllin cream the same as crude Podophyllin resin?
Not quite. Traditional Podophyllin resin (often 10% to 25%) is a crude plant extract standardly applied directly in a clinical office by a doctor and washed off after a few hours.
