Low blood cell counts (leukopenia, anemia, or low blood platelets).
Urinary tract infections or respiratory infections.
Mild swelling in hands or feet.
Signs of infection (fever, chills, body aches, sore throat).
Unexpected bruising, bleeding gums, or severe pale skin.
Black, tarry stools or blood in vomit (signs of gastrointestinal bleeding).
