How to Apply:
Gently blow your nose to clear your nostrils.
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Tilt your head back slightly or lie down on a bed with your head tilted over the edge.
Carefully place 2 to 3 drops into each nostril without touching the dropper tip to the inside of your nose.
Keep your head tilted back for 1 to 2 minutes to let the drops spread inside your nasal cavity.
Clean and dry the dropper before replacing the cap.
