Singulair 10mg is a prescription medicine used to prevent asthma symptoms and control severe allergies. Each tablet contains 10mg of Montelukast (as Montelukast Sodium).

Opens Airways: Leukotrienes cause the airways in your lungs to swell, narrow, and produce excess mucus during an asthma or allergy trigger. By blocking them, Singulair helps keep your airways clear and makes breathing easier.
🚨 Emergency Warning: Singulair is a preventive medicine and will NOT stop a sudden, acute asthma attack.
Always keep your fast-acting rescue inhaler (such as Salbutamol/Ventolin) with you at all times for sudden breathing problems.
🚨 Mental Health Notice: Singulair can sometimes cause serious changes in mood, behavior, or sleep patterns.
Inform your doctor right away if you notice unusual anxiety, agitation, aggression, vivid or bad dreams, depression, or thoughts of self-harm.
Take Once Daily: Take one 10mg tablet once a day in the evening (or as specifically instructed by your doctor).
Swallow Whole: Swallow the tablet with a drink of water. You can take it with or without food.
Take It Consistently: Keep taking Singulair every day, even when your asthma or allergy symptoms are completely under control or during periods without symptoms.
If you miss a dose, just skip it and take your next tablet at your normal time the next day. Do NOT take two tablets to make up for a missed dose.
Mild headache.
Mild stomach pain, nausea, or diarrhea.
Upper respiratory infection, cold-like symptoms, or sore throat.
Mild fever or tiredness.
Sudden changes in mood, severe anxiety, or depression.
Severe skin rash, hives, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Pins-and-needles sensation, numbness, or worsening joint and muscle pain.
Keep tablets inside their original blister packaging and outer box to protect them from light and moisture.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Keep strictly out of reach of children.
