Montral is a prescription allergy and breathing medicine. Each tablet combines two active ingredients: Montelukast (10mg) and Levocetirizine (5mg).

🚨 Behavior Notice: Medicines containing Montelukast can occasionally cause changes in mood or behavior (such as anxiety, agitation, unusual dreams, depression, or severe restlessness).
Contact your doctor if you or a family member notice any unusual mood or behavior changes.
🚨 Driving Caution: Levocetirizine can make some people feel sleepy, tired, or dizzy.
Avoid driving, operating machinery, or drinking alcohol until you know how this medicine affects you.
Take Once Daily: Take one tablet once a day, usually in the evening, as instructed by your doctor.
Swallow Whole: Swallow the tablet with a drink of water. You can take it with or without food.
Finish Your Course: Keep taking the medicine for the full length of time your doctor prescribes, even if your symptoms feel much better.
If you forget to take a tablet, take it as soon as you remember that day. If it is almost time for your next daily dose, skip the missed tablet. Never take two tablets at once to make up for a missed dose.
