Preparation: Shake the bottle vigorously before each use to ensure the active ingredients are well-mixed.
Timing: For maximum absorption, P-Alaxin should be taken at least 3 hours after a meal. Avoid giving the child high-fat meals immediately before or after the dose.

A: Yes. If your child has a high fever, you can use paracetamol alongside P-Alaxin to help bring the temperature down more quickly.
Q: Why must we finish the 3-day course if the fever is gone?
A: The first dose usually kills 90% of the parasites, making the child feel better. The second and third doses are critical to kill the remaining 10%. If you stop early, the malaria may return stronger and become resistant to the drug.
Q: Does it have side effects?
A: Most children tolerate it well. Some may experience mild nausea, abdominal pain, or a slight cough. These are usually temporary and disappear once the treatment is finished.
